SMS Terms
These terms apply to the Find Your Way LA text-message program. By agreeing to receive texts when you apply, you accept them.
Program description
Program name: Find Your Way LA, operated by Breadcrumbzs Tech, Inc. Find Your Way LA is an SMS concierge for Los Angeles. Approved members text us questions (for example, where to eat tonight) and receive conversational replies with place recommendations in response to their requests. We also send account and membership notifications, such as application updates and activation instructions. We do not send unsolicited recommendations or marketing texts.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our application form at findyourwayla.com/apply and submitting it with your mobile number. Once your membership is approved, you activate the service by texting FYLA to our number, and you receive a confirmation message before the concierge begins. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency and costs
Message frequency varies with how often you text us and with the service. Message and data rates may apply. We are not responsible for carrier charges.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you will receive a confirmation and no more messages unless you opt in again. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP for help, or email support@findyourwayla.com for support.
Carriers and privacy
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's coverage.
