These terms govern your use of Find Your Way LA, operated by Breadcrumbzs Tech, Inc. By applying for or using FYLA you agree to them. Text-message specifics are in our SMS Terms, which are part of these terms.
The service
FYLA is a members-only guide to Los Angeles. Access is by application and may be limited, paused or ended at our discretion.
Recommendations come from an AI assistant working from information we curate. Details such as hours, prices, availability and reservation rules can change or be wrong. Please verify with the venue before you go. Nothing we send is professional, legal, medical or safety advice.
Your account and conduct
Give accurate information and keep your number current. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not misuse the service: no unlawful, abusive, deceptive or harmful use, no attempts to break, overload or scrape it, and no impersonation.
Content you contribute
If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you keep ownership but give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and use it to operate and promote FYLA. You confirm you have the right to share it. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Third parties
Venues, events and links belong to others. We are not responsible for what they offer or how they operate.
Disclaimers and limits
FYLA is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Changes, ending, and contact
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the update. You can stop at any time by replying STOP and emailing support@findyourwayla.com to close your account. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Contact: support@findyourwayla.com.
